England v Brazil, Wembley Stadium: 1st June 2007

Diana and I were extremely lucky to score tickets to England's first game at Wembley Stadium since its rebuild. The football was a little slow in the first half, but in the second Beckham crossed to Terry to score for England, but in the very last play of the day Brazil scored what was probably a deserved equalizer. The real star of the day was the stadium. It was impressive, well organised, and generally a pleasure to go to and except for the 66,000 people out of the 90,000 capacity that go through one tube station, the whole evening was excellent. To add some name dropping to the whole night we saw David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Michael Owen, Kaka, Steven Gerrard and Gilberto, just to name a few.Great experience, hope I get to go again!
