Warbird Flight, Headcorn, England: 9th September 2007

For my 30th, Liz, Karina, Robyn and Simon gave me an open-ended voucher for an adventure activity. Early on I decided I wanted to go on a flight, but it took me a long time to find one where I didnt exceed the height limit or the weight limit. Once I found an suitable option, it took me even more time to schedule it on a free weekend! Finally I took off on my Warbird flight on a really nice late summer day, and after two rolls (at 4G), two barrel rolls, the pilot completed an really low pass over the airfield before setting up some formation flying with a Russian Yak 52 training aircraft (apparently this is really rare!). I had an absolutely fantastic time, and it was a brilliant 30th present to get a few days after I turned 31!
