Soon after last year's Meribel trip, Rachel and Adam organised another ski trip, this time for Val d'Isere.
On the first day we went up to the glacier directly from the La Fornet lift right outside our Chalet and for the first couple of runs it
was if we had the place to ourselves and it was absolutely amazing. The next two days produced a large amount of snow which resulted in extremely bad visibility,
many closed runs, and some comical and numerous falls (nominating myself for most of those!). This large snow fall really set up the last few days though, and the
final day of skiing which involved some of the easier black runs, less people on the slopes, lunch in Tignes, sledding and snowball fights was superb. Can I go back? Now? Please!!
