Diana has been working in Paris during the week for a while now, so it was about time I took advantage of her Eurostar points and a Sony Pictures paid for hotel, so I finally
got over to Paris for a weekend. It was about time considering I've been in London for 5 years! Of course we booked it without realising it was a Rugby World Cup weekend
which meant that finding a taxi was impossible but there were English speaking Aussies, Kiwi's and Saffa's all over the place! On Saturday we covered the Louvre (could spend more
time there easily), the Eiffel tower and then did a night time bike ride through the city which was really good fun. On Sunday the weather was amazing so we went to Sacre Couer and wandered
around Montmartre and took it easy. Paris is a stunning city, and waiting for 5 years to see it was possibly a bit silly, although I had my funny little reasons!
