The homeless Christmas travellers found their way to France this year for a spot of skiing. If you are not going to be home for
Christmas, why not have a white one! It snowed a little on the first night but other than that the weather was fairly clear, usually
around 0C at the resort level (1650m) and around -10C up at the glacier (3200m). On the first day I couldn't ski and my boots hurt, but after
some lessons from our awesome Italian/Australian Ski Instructor or "ski-the-max", I was back in the low intermediate groove. A great way to spend
Christmas, even if it didnt feel much like it! Thanks to everyone who went for making it such an enjoyable chalet and holiday.
