Ireland Road Trip for Kerry's Birthday |

Kerry, Candice, Diana and I headed off for a little road trip around Ireland for Kerry's birthday. I've been to Ireland a lot before but it was good to go back with a clean slate. We spent a night in Dublin before driving to Kilkenny, having a good drink in a hotel across the river from the castle. Next day we looked around the castle, and drove to Cork and took in Castle Blarney. From there is was off to Galway via Killarney and a ferry ride across the Shannon, the Cliffs of Mohr, and Galway itself. Then on the final day we took our time driving to Dublin, stopping in Salthill, Athlone, Clonmacnoise, and Malahide to see yet another castle (slight caslte overdose). It was good too see Ireland again and generally we had good weather, and considering I was travelling with three girls do I really need to tell you if I had a good time? I think not... |
