Cambridge, England

Diana had some time off between jobs, (now working for a very cool employer, how unfair!), and I had yet more time off so we went up to Cambridge for the day. Cambridge seems really nice, except that the wonderful summer we look like having dumped rain on us all day, some colleges we closed off for examinations, and the restaurant we wanted to eat at was no longer there! Other than that, it was a good day, and a picturesque spot, even if we did spend 30 mins in a GAP while it pelted down outside (even I spent 20 quid, very tragic indeed). Oxford versus Cambridge - well Oxford wins but it was sunny so its hard to say. Maybe next year, Ill actually go to the boat race considering its only about 20 mins from my flat, but then again, doing some rowing at the gym is close enough for me.
