My first trip on the Eurostar, to Bruges via Brussels with 5 girls, cant complain about that! Karina had organised
the trip to go and see the Bruges Christmas markets, but she had forgotten to tell us about the freezing cold and hail
when we arrived!! Saturday it snowed a little which was a huge improvement, but the markets were very very small and so
we generally just walked around, had frequent stops in shops to get warm again and enjoyed the Christmassy atmosphere. Saturday
night a very respectable amount of Belgium beer was sampled by all, and on Sunday we snuck into Brussels for a couple of hours.
A very cold Christmas Belgium experience, with some snow thrown in. A good weekend.
